LOST

ever felt lost in life?? pondering what life is all about??
i DO....................(all the time)
sometimes it just feels like life is nothing more than memorising and studying for exams.. i am seriously unsure about where am i heading to in the future.. i don't have an ambition. i change ambitions all the time.. from doctor to criminal lawyer to scientist and now eyeing on genetic engineering.. i am somehow LOST.. next year, i will be sitting for SPM.. however, i have no plans for my future.. basically, i am really LOST.. whenever teacher asks us on our ambitions i would somehow make up something that sounds good and professional.. for example a doctor when the truth is that i freak out whenever i see blood oozing out.. so, the point is I AM LOST.. if you have any suggestions on what professions suits me most.. please.. do leave a comment..thanks:)

you are not lost...it's just that you have not settled down on something...if you think that you are very directionless because spm is next year and you are undecided about your future, please don't be surprise to hear spm candidates this year replying, "don't know" for the question: "What are you doing after this?" even though spm is ending in a few days' time for the science stream students...

and it is not a bad sign if you change your ambition now because as you experience more in life, you would watch your potential and interest develop...if you stick to one ambition just because you have "declared" to the public that you are going for it, you would probably regret taking up that up...if you think you seriously can't live up to whatever ambition that you "declared", just change...it's normal...

Heh, that's why I always say, knowledge and religion will always get along no matter what happens. You see, you think you're bewildered with our own ambition.

This is because you don't have faith with religion. If you do believe with the true doctrine, you will know why are you striving all these years, as you will have aims and goals which are to achieve the highest level of faith in religion through striving in your studies or maybe more.

In your case you just get confused with everything. Sometimes I just hate it when people ask me such question too. It makes me feel like the reason why I'm studying is just to pass and fulfil my ambition. It's more than that. :D
