Love at first sight
~Please keep the court clean. Trash all your opponents.~
It captivated me to the extent that I believe I have developed mutual feelings for it. Laughs...
In addition, I will be missing tuition for the whole of next week. Hopefully, I will not miss out a large portion of the syllabus and I better keep my fingers crossed that I will not be 'lost' when I resume my tuition classes. Anyway, school will be reopening soon which means my holidays are coming to an end in no time..

Economic Downturn TRUE??
This is why:
~on Wednesday, i went to AEON Bukit Tinggi for a movie. coincidentally, it was the card members' day. basically, people were swarming towards the mall to get the cheapest goods in town and parking spaces were fully occupied.. then, i something popped up in my mind.. i thought we are currently facing a serious economic downturn, global recession or rather the global economic crunch...millions of people around the world are jobless, thousands of mega companies are considering retrenchment... but when it comes to shopping, it's a totally different story.. people were purchasing goods as if those goods were free of charge... so, global recession or not, shopping is still our priority here, right??? i guess our buying power is still pretty strong... so, stop crapping about economic downturn, money is not enough or whatsoever....everyone is still spending lavishly as if they are the sons and daughters to rich tycoons or even billionaires with plenty of CASH to spend...:)

docs
anyway, what i saw wasn't as bad as what i expected.. although there are no air conditioners in the patients' ward, or rather the patients' hall, the atmosphere is pretty windy and not stuffy.. the hospital is quite clean and well maintained.. not considering the fact that there are millions of microorganisms around us which are invisible to our naked eyes..and hospitals are favourite breeding grounds for these microbes.. but i really do salute the doctors who work there.. they are so committed and dedicated to their duties.. running around the hospital 24/7 , helping people mend their broken limbs, remove tumours and the list goes on.... as a doctor in Malaysia, you will have to endure two years of housemanship if i have not mistaken... and many young trainees suffered from mental-illness during that period because they were required to be on-call up to 15 days in a month and sometimes working non-stop for 36 hours.. so, that freaks me out a little since i usually sleep like a log... my parents do not encourage me to be a doctor... anyway, i am not really into the profession but for the time being it is still my number one pick..:)

Holiday ruined
three months ago, my dad came home with a fantastic news.. we are leaving for Bangkok and Pattaya on the 6th of December..we were over the moon..
three days ago, we received a 'better' news, my dad has cancelled our trip because it is too dangerous to leave for Bangkok..so, thanks to all those PAD (people's alliance for democracy) protesters.. going amok, even to the extend of throwing grenade and taking over the Suvarnabhumi airport ..now, my holiday in Bangkok is ruined.. thanks people, thanks....however, it is definitely a wise decision to cancel the vacation because these protesters are unpredictable.. who knows when will they be on the streets again, launching protest against the government??..this political crisis had definitely taken its toll on Thailand's tourism industry..
the moral of this incident:
Malaysia is a better country to live in..although, the citizens are not happy with the ruling party, we do not go amok..we stay COOL.. even though a politic tsunami stroke our country, the citizens are still intact.. no one hurt, no airports closed, no hotels terrorised...so, when choosing for a great escapade, choose Malaysia... Cuti-cuti Malaysia :)
~i love malaysia....malaysia, tanah airku tercinta..
